Esther is a Board Certified Life Purpose Coach and Counselor with a passion to help each person be an all-star, by discovering their life purpose and developing their gifts and potential. As a Life Purpose Coach®, she helps women to discover their purpose woven within the pages of their story; then they envision the next chapters so women can live each day full of hope, knowing, “I was born for this!” She specializes in strategic life planning and coaching for women as well as career assessments for students and professionals in transition. With a background in education and leadership, Esther also provides parent coaching and leadership training for families and organizations. She is part of the Connecting with Kids team, teaching parents, caregivers and professionals who work with children the importance of emotion coaching.

As a counselor, Esther has worked with individuals struggling with anxiety, grief, transitions, identity, and relational issues. She provides a safe place to explore your worries, unresolved emotions, relational conflicts, destructive behaviors and patterns, losses, and trauma. Work together may include addressing childhood trauma, relational difficulties, grief, creative blocks, discovering self-worth, work-life balance, managing stress, learning effective coping skills, developing communication and problem solving skills, etc. Esther partners with you to relieve some of the pain, begin the healing journey, and build the life you desire.

Esther believes that everyone brings their unique story to counseling and coaching; to honor each client’s story, she uses a relational, strengths-based approach, integrating therapeutic approaches and tools (cognitive behavioural, positive psychology, psycho-dynamic, solution-focused) to fit each individual client’s needs. Clients describe Esther as compassionate, understanding, interactive and creative… “someone who draws out the best in you!” As a Christian coach and counselor, Esther has received training in Elijah House Ministry and is able to incorporate prayer into coaching and therapy sessions. Esther offers coaching and counseling services in English. Certifications include:

Born and raised in New York, Esther never imagined the adventures God had in store for her half-way across the globe! Esther and her husband love the adventure of raising two teenage “superheroes in training” in the bustling concrete jungle of Hong Kong.
